Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LaraBug ("we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by Intilli, located in Belgium with registered office at Nazarethsesteenweg 13, 9800 DEINZE and company number 0740911734. By accessing or using the LaraBug service ("Service"), including our website (https://www.larabug.com), mobile application, APIs, or any other related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
LaraBug is a SaaS platform that allows developers to track, manage, and respond to exceptions and application errors. The Service includes features such as exception logging, team collaboration, notifications, integrations, analytics, and a mobile app for iOS and Android.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
LaraBug offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans grant access to additional features, quotas, and integrations. All fees are billed in Euros (EUR) via our payment provider Mollie. Prices and billing terms are listed on our Pricing Page.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance;
- You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period;
- No refunds are provided unless legally required;
- We reserve the right to change pricing or features with prior notice.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws. In particular, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Service;
- Upload harmful code or engage in activity that may interfere with our systems;
- Use the Service to store or distribute unlawful or sensitive data without authorization;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Resell or exploit the Service without express permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, content, and technology on the platform are the intellectual property of LaraBug or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the Service unless expressly authorized in writing.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
LaraBug complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a user, you:
- Retain ownership of your data;
- Grant us limited rights to process your data for the purpose of delivering the Service;
- Have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data upon request.
Data is stored in the EU and only shared with sub-processors listed in our privacy documentation.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access:
- If you violate these Terms;
- If required by law;
- If your use creates risk or harm to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted or retained for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or accuracy of any data collected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages;
- Loss of data or revenue;
- Security breaches caused by third parties.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium. Consumers may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
